EQUIPMENT

  • A microwave safe mug
  • Microwave 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (or keto sweetener for keto version)
  • 1-2 tbsp Fresh blueberries

 In a small bowl, combine coconut flour, baking powder and the egg and mix well.

Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup and mix again.

Add the fresh blueberries and mix lightly.

Now, cook it!

For the Microwave Version:
-Pour the batter into a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin.
-Cook for 1-2 minutes at medium-high temperature until cooked through or a toothpick comes out clean.

For the Oven Version:
-Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Grease a large ramekin and set aside.
-Pour the batter into a oven-safe bowl or ramekin.
-Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cooked through or a toothpick comes out clean.
